O&P Clinic, in Central London, focuses on the importance of functional aspects with how the body moves. Having over 10 years experience in therapy combining Osteopathy, Massage and Pilates, your therapist will work with you to enable health and well-being in all aspects of movement.

The clinic specialises in treating musculoskeletal disorders using a wide range of manual techniques and through customised rehabilitation exercises and advice.
If you wish to go more in depth, O&P Clinic offers private mat and reformer Pilates class too.
